When should I get a layer volume correction?
Asymmetries filler correction refers to a procedure performed to address any noticeable imbalances or asymmetries resulting from the placement of dermal fillers. Here are a few situations when you might consider getting an asymmetries filler correction:
Visible facial asymmetry: If you observe visible differences or asymmetries in the appearance of your facial features after receiving dermal fillers, an asymmetries filler correction can be considered. This procedure aims to adjust the fillers to create a more symmetrical and balanced look.
Dissatisfaction with results: If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your dermal filler treatment due to noticeable asymmetry, a correction procedure can be performed to address the specific concerns and achieve a more balanced and natural appearance.
Natural facial asymmetry: It is common for individuals to have some degree of natural facial asymmetry. However, if the asymmetry becomes more pronounced or bothersome after receiving dermal fillers, an asymmetries filler correction can be performed to help improve facial balance and symmetry.
Changes in facial features: Over time, facial features may naturally change due to factors such as aging or weight fluctuations. These changes can impact the distribution and appearance of previously injected dermal fillers. An asymmetries filler correction can help adjust the fillers to accommodate the altered facial anatomy.
To determine whether an asymmetries filler correction is necessary and appropriate for your specific situation, it is advisable to consult with a qualified and experienced dermatologist, plastic surgeon, or aesthetic practitioner. They will assess your concerns, evaluate your facial structure, and provide personalized recommendations based on their expertise and your desired outcome.
